Homemade beauty hacks for healthy and glowing skin

Well skin care regime may not sound very new to you today, still I wanted to share my personal skin care regime, which I feel might help some people to some extent. So when it comes to skincare or health what I do to maintain them is, not to do much.

Face Wash

Skin should be kept clean, by washing your face at least twice a day. Pick a natural face wash, for example, Neem Face Wash.

Ice or Milk ice

Ice cubes works wonders on your skin. It makes your skin clear and gives an instant glow. Well milk cubes are something I like the most, provided I like the smell of milk as well. So milk ice cubes are a definite trial only if you don't have allergy to diary products.

Besan face pack

Besan(gram flour) with some haldi(turmeric) and rose water is a very suitable homemade face pack for mostly all skin types. It soothes, cleanses and detoxifies skin.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt is also a very useful milk product. It can be used on skin for skin lightening, softening and purifying skin as well as on hair scalp that treats dandruff and many other scalp problems. Massage gently on fair or hair scalp and it works wonders.

Aloe Vera

Similarly aloe vera is good for skin and hair both. You can directly pick a stem and apply on skin or scalp, but sometimes it might not suit you. You can either dilute the gel a little, or go for aloe vera gel available in markets. It makes your skin smooth giving it a radiating look and gives you a healthy scalp as well.

Coffee Honey face pack

Go for natural coffee beans, they are much better. Grind them first. Take a little amount and add honey. Apply all over face and neck, leave for sometime and then slowly cleanse off. See your face glowing instantly.

I would always suggest not going for chemicals from market. Years before people only used homemade products for their skin and hair and were way ahead from us in maintaining them all. So homemade products are a must and always a yes for healthy skin and hair on a long run.
